A small, independent battery dealer can’t compete with the negotiating power of bigger companies. By joining forces, Battery Buyers of America allows its members to:

  • Negotiate lower prices because of larger volume purchasing
  • Have access to a wider variety of vendors
  • NET 30 payment terms
  • Conveniently deal with only one source for all your batteries, accessories and chargers, instead of negotiating with a multitude of vendors

Vendors benefit too; they are assured of larger volume purchases, and save time and paperwork by dealing with one larger customer instead of hundreds of smaller customers.

Terms of Membership

  1. All Battery Buyers of America LTD. Prices must be kept strictly confidential.
  2. Payment terms are net 30 days except special promotions.
  3. 1-½% per month finance charge will be assessed to all past due invoices.
  4. If account becomes past due, new orders will be held until current.
  5. BBA office will be notified within ten (10) days of any shipping or billing errors.
  6. A current Irrevocable Letter of Credit must be on file.

By signing this Application, I authorize Battery Buyers of America LTD.. or its agents to investigate my personal credit and financial records including my banking records. As part of such investigation, I authorize Battery Buyers of America LTD. to request and obtain consumer credit reports on me in connection with the opening, monitoring, renewal and extension of this and other accounts with Battery Buyers of America LTD. and the marketing of other products and services to me and my business by Battery Buyers of America LTD.

This is to make sure that we don’t put BBA members within a 50 mile radius of each other
